Omg!!! Their food is AMAZING!!! Never ate in the restaurant yet but I always order take out. Can't wait to eat at the restaurant in person!!!

Ramen beef and chicken were bland. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The yum yum broth also lacked flavor. I think they need a new chef.

Was hoping for some really good miso soup while sick, instead got some bland, fishy, oddly textured soup. My husband got the chicken bulgoi bento and he said he would not recommend it either, again bland and overpriced for what he got.

Like others have said, small portions of protein and larger portion of rice. Photos of food portions that you think you are paying for is misleading.

I got the OO: KPOT Short Rib Bento Box Combo Meal and was very disappointed in the size of the taro drink for $6 extra that also did not include the boba as pictured.
