My favorite ramen on Long Island. Classic Tonkotsu Ramen is by far the best of the ramen flavors here but you can't go wrong with anything you choose. All of the flavors are spot on. I even froze one and ate it days later and it was fantastic. These folks know what they are doing.

I had high hopes for this soup but it barely had shrimp, tofu or bean sprouts.. I didn't even taste any cilantro in it, and they only add half of a boiled egg. not even a whole one. I paid 30 dollars for a less than average soup.

I love the bowls and that you order what you like in it. They give you a large amount of fresh food. I love the spring rolls and always order the mango bubble drink. I was there over the weekend and the manager was very kind and the staff friendly and professional.

The Curry Laksa surpassed my expectations! The smooth blend of cocout milk and spices was so tasty! I loved all the soup additions especially extra bean sprouts. The ramen noodles could've been a little better but didn't take anything away.

So delicious!! Very filling. Chicken was still crispy being delivered and in a closed container. Would totally order again !
