The doughnuts tasted very artificial and nauseatingly sweet! The filled doughnuts had very little filling. Over $20 for a dozen exremely subpar doughnuts wasn't what I was expecting.t

This Krispy Kreme location  in Clemmons on Lewisville Clemmons Rd is the worst. I ordered the create your own Build Your Own Dozen. It was terrible overall in in taste and freshness. Cold,hard and unfilled doughnuts. They made huge holes in the sweet berry but didn't put in any filling. This location needs to be closed. The one on Stratford Rd in Winston -Salem is awesome. And it's not the dasher. I gave this location a 2nd chance and the first time I was a drive thru customer. Same issues.

Ordered 3 lemon filled, 2 chocolate iced cream filled and 1 glaze. 
Received 3 cake, 2 chocolate iced and 1 glazed. 
So out of that order they get 1 doughnut right. $18 for them to give me whatever they wanted.

This is the second time I have ordered from this location and the donuts that arrived were stale. The flavor was good - but they were like bricks. I've never had an issue when I went in person to this location. I threw away 10 of these - wasted money.

I ordered 16 count assorted minis and paid $20 for them.  I was later notified that they were out of stock and they'd made a substitution. When I received my order it was a tiny box of dots that only costs $8.39 but I was not credited for the $12 cost difference.  They should have substituted a comparable item or refunded me for the cost difference.
