Donuts were stale and you could visibly see it like they were a day or two old. I did not expect them to be hot but I did expect them to be fresh for $23 plus tax.

donuts are supposed to be good until February 11 but the glaze plain glaze are hard around the edges very hard like they're almost still the chocolate ones are softer because the chocolate has melted into the doughnut. i'm very used to getting a fresh quality this late because usually they're just baking a new batch for the morning but I guess I messed up today thinking that what would happen.

The donuts are hard as rocks and old. Not what you would expect to order from a Krispy Kreme store. More from a gas station

I fell in love with Krispy Kreme as a little girl. My dad used to bring home donuts every other Friday, and it became a tradition I’ve always cherished.
Last night, I tried to continue that same tradition with my own kids but unfortunately, the donuts we received were old and stale. It was really disappointing and honestly not the experience I remember or hoped to pass down.
It’s sad to see such a decline in quality. Customer experience matters, especially when it’s tied to family memories. I may have to start supporting a local donut shop to make sure my kids have a better one.
