Its normally the best donuts I have, but this time the order felt stale. It was like I was eating a week old donuts from the fridge

They feel free to substitute after specifying specific donuts in the 6 pack. They also appeared to do the same last time when I ordered a you pick your own dozen, and they substituted regular donuts in exchange for chocolate custard filled donuts for which there was an up charge. This time at least they substituted up charges for up charges, but if the spring dozen is any 6 spring special, it should say that, not enumerate what six it will be and then send substitutions with no warning.

This is te 2nd time I have ordered d and the 2nd timey order has been wrong. I got 2 Build Your Own Dozen and BOTH of them were wrong. I ordered 6 chocoate glazed cream filled donuts (bismark) and recieved normal donuts, one of my raspberry filled donuts is a normal donut too. And my other dozen, more than half of them are hard, or maybe under proofed. I wontbe ordering a 3rd time.

Out of some of the donut types I wanted but still had them available to order. Also, would b nice if you could order them warm; otherwise, you might as well get them from Kwik Trip.
