• 4/28/26I generally love Krispy Krunchy Chicken, but today it was bad. I received a poor selection of chicken. Chicken was overcooked, too many wings (5), and substandard thighs. Very disappointed, may look to change should it happen again.

• 7/14/26I ordered tender and 3Tenders + Biscuit and 4 PC Signature Chicken + Biscuit . they contacted me saying they had no tenders but they would provide me white meat only chicken instead. they sent me a leg, a thigh and a wing, a crusty Biscuit and some old jojos that I didn't even order. the Signature Chicken + Biscuit order was cool though

• 11/23/25Jambalaya was amazing, chicken was good, issue is I order 8 pieces of chicken I had 2 wings 4 legs and 2 thighs, they substituted 2 breast doe 2 legs to me that’s very underhanded, if that’s how they do it then it needs to be listed that’s what comes with an order of 8 pieces of chicken

• 6/1/26The Signature Chicken + Biscuit order was incomplete. there was no biscuit for any of the two orders, and only two jojos in total for the two orders. They mixed the fish with the chicken, so my husband could not eat any. He doesn't eat fish and the tilapia fish 2PC was horrible all dried not not freshly made.
