The Mac and cheese smelled spoiled and overall didn't taste good wouldn't order the Mac and cheese again the chicken was good

I order krispy chicken and the chicken was not crispy, no batter. Only once have I received what I ordered. which was the first time I ordered. the chicken was delicious and chrispy. I thought i was ordering fried chicken, NOT
