Let's say this black isn't Bojangels or Churches but The chicken is good, fair size pieces, nice and crunchy. The jambalaya should be called flavourd rice, rather pathetic, the biscuits were some of the worst I've ever had. Call 'em brides biscuits, short, hard, burnt on the bottom, tasted like Ap flour was used, disgusting. Would give 3 stars but gave them a regional bump as they are better than most around here.
