They didn't have what I ordered but we worked it out and he gave me some other items. Everything tasted terrific and he gave me far more than what was needed to make the order right. I will order again. Thank you.

The chicken I ordered was thighs, I received one thigh, a leg, and two wings. It was hard, dry, and stringy.i tried to eat it and had to spit it out. The potato wedges were cold and tough as well. I've ordered here many times and never experienced anything as bad as this. It tasted like I had been sitting under a light for hours and or was thrown back into the fryer to warm it. Definitely the worst meal I've ever had from the Chicken Store.

chicken was hot, crunchy and yummy!!! Loved the honey on the biscuit. The mash potatoes were like soup.... not too good.

The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamp for several hours and the potato wedges were cold and hard. They told the driver that it would be 15 minutes. But, they arrived within ten minutes to my house. I think they might have thrown already cooked chicken back in the fryer. It tasted like it. I've never experienced their food this bad. I paid $26+ for something I had to spit out because it was dry and hard. I ask for thighs, and received one with some wings and a leg. I could overlook that if it had been fresh. It was not. I'm very disappointed.

This is not $26 worthy. It's not $16 worthy. This is a mess. Everything was all squished up together and not the thighs and wings I asked for. Biscuit all broken in the bag with the 15 French fries.
