I had a couple of orderes canceled because of the particular door dash driver. The problem was resolved and the chicken I received tonight was absolutely delicious, fresh, and hot! My driver was excellent as well. It was wonderful! Thank you, Chicken Store! I'll be back!

I ordered a four piece box and asked for freshly cooked two thighs and whatever other pieces they wanted to send. I received two wings and two legs that were obviously fried hours ago and were dry and old tasting. I was not happy. I paid $27, including top, for a terrible few bites of dry chicken. The potatoes were OK.

The chicken I ordered was thighs, I received one thigh, a leg, and two wings. It was hard, dry, and stringy.i tried to eat it and had to spit it out. The potato wedges were cold and tough as well. I've ordered here many times and never experienced anything as bad as this. It tasted like I had been sitting under a light for hours and or was thrown back into the fryer to warm it. Definitely the worst meal I've ever had from the Chicken Store.

They didn't have what I ordered but we worked it out and he gave me some other items. Everything tasted terrific and he gave me far more than what was needed to make the order right. I will order again. Thank you.

chicken was hot, crunchy and yummy!!! Loved the honey on the biscuit. The mash potatoes were like soup.... not too good.
