The food was hot when it arrived. Wait time was fast. Everything was delicious! Chicken is the best chicken around, it beats Popeyes hands down. The honey biscuits were to die for! Had the Okra and mashed potatoes with gravy - delish. priced were reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from Krispy Krunchy Chicken again. :)

I ordered 2 Honey Biscuits x2 and they sent 2 biscuits that came with the order but not the 4 (2 honey biscuits x2) they kept getting it confused. Reordered and got 2 biscuits instead of 4 lol its cool. The chicken tenders were HUGE I dont do big chicken, fries were good and the jambalaya.

Signature Chicken was pretty good and fresh. I didn't notice any Cajun flavor though. Mac n chz was old and cold. Everytime I pay for biscuits separate or they are supposed to come with the meal, I NEVER GET THEM! 4 TIMES NOW

Chicken tenders were crunchy but bland. The Mac and cheese tastes like it was a frozen Mac and cheese, also very watery. Over all not terrible but I wouldnt order again.

Everything smells like old grease.
2 of my 5 pieces of chicken are old and darker than the others.
Shrimp is also very dark.
10 piece smells like burned grease also
