Jambalaya is real good, satisfies, worth a trip to try. Good flavor, lots of sausage & chicken bites make it tasty. A bit too dry because too much rice and not enough beans and pot liquor, but add some from the Red Beans, which taste okay but needs meat & sausage flavor. Mac-N-Cheese could use Sharp Cheddar because is too mild. Chicken Nuggets are good, but fried too long so kinda' hard. Shrimp good, sweet taste, also fried too long -crust too dark. Great dipping sauces. Yummy Honey Biscuit.
