My FAMILY MEAL DEAL was a complete disaster. Three of my four drinks were missing and the one that arrived wasn't even what I'd ordered. The chili tasted canned, the classic Krystal were too salty, and the corn pups tasted like they were dipped in pancake batter...

I ordered five crystals with fries, cheese, and chili. Unfortunately, my food was terrible. The bread was hard, and the chili cheese fries were not fresh .

my grits were half cooked , and my chicken was hard. The only thing that was good was the biscuits,tots, and orange juice

There wasn't any cheese nor pickles on my burgers. Keep in mind they charge $4 extra for cheese. My food looked like it was just tossed in the bag. They are horrible.

The DOUBLE KRYSTAL had hard / slight burnt meat and bread like someone just left them on the grill too long or gave old stuff. They are usually dependable at night not this time.
