The ramen is just off. There's a familiar flavor of jarred garlic. The spice level on medium is just chili flakes, not chili oil like typical ramen or pho. I seek ramen with a glistening layer of oil on the top to ensure authenticity. The noodles were over cooked and fell apart upon adding the broth. Most places prepare the protein in the broth for to-go and leave the noodles and veggies separate. They separated everything and the broth. Kinda steep priced too for this kinda of will to leave a review. Everything's fresh and it's a large portion.

Khao Soi (Noodle Curry) VERY VERY good I got the top level of spicy, you can handle this. i like spicy and to me, it could go higher, but I also think this level is great. loved it. Crispy Pork Bun both were perfect. filled nicely and crispy as described. Por Pia (Crispy Roll) these were not that great. mostly wrapper, not enough filling. 5 out of 10 on them. Thai Ice Tea it was VERY good. I will order again!

The Beef Sate was delicious, but they completely forgot to add any spice to my KT Ramen/G (Crispy pork belly). Tasted like boiled meat. I don't just mean like not spicy enough. I mean fully forgot to add any. super disappointing.

The Pad Se Ew was fantastic! Fresh, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Will definitely be ordering from Kuay Tiew again.
