Thought I would try this new place popping up on door dash, paid $25 for a 4-pack of cookies. Expecting Crumbl/Insomnia Cookie quality for they price, but figured they wouldn't be quite that. Cookies arrived doughy, mushy and undercooked. Called restaurant to sort it out and host didn't speak English/couldn't understand what I was saying. Really disappointing - will not be ordering from here again. Also- seems like this is a ghost kitchen situation - making cookies out of Grumpy G's in Lawrence. Questionable.

They are cookies they taste good, they don't look like the photos which is fine. They were a mix up with my boba drinks that was solved, but there were no boba straws so if you don't already have its harder to drink it. Also the Matcha Latte was not fully mixed so there were a lot of match powder not fully mixed in.

it takes A LOT for me to leave a review like this; but this is the second time I've ordered from here because my sweet tooth knows no bounds. The first time I ordered, the cookies were completely raw, gooey (not in the good way you want a cookie to be) like just absolute disaster falling apart and couldn't pick it up but decided to give a second chance as their availability is good - and unfortunately, I regret I did.
Choc Chip: Cookie was hard as a rock and had like 3 total chocolate chips with a small hershey bar (fun-size) in the middle of it that was the only good part. This thing basically broke my teeth, not sweet at all, and think someone just left this to bake too long, or was days old and left out. Either one, if this was my place, I wouldn't have sent it out.
Oreo: Cookie was hard as #### and the oreo in the middle was cool, but soggy, maybe just a process of the bake, but either way just practivally inedible and I was SO so bummed.
I want to like this place, I really do, but for the price, and product, I have to pass and hope they see this and make changes to their quality - if they show they care about that, I'll be back for sure.

These cookie were terrible. Not only did they arrive late and cold. They are burned rock solid with all of 5 M&M's on top. The cookies are nothing like the pictures and do not taste good at all. Super dissatisfied.
