Not only is everything always fresh & delicious, but they're very carefull packaging the order. Cooked items are separated from raw to ensure they retain their best edible temperature. I don't know of any other restaurant that does that.

Kumo's seafood is so fresh, you can almost smell the ocean. The yellowtail & salmon melt in your mouth & the Shrimp Tempura Roll is like dessert. Also the portions have remained exceptional while other establishments have reduced their sushi & sashimi portions significantly.

Super taste and super fresh! when I lived in NYC, my frequent Japanese was Ten Kai and Hatsuhana. This Sushi in every way was with the top of the top.

Sushi was okay, Spicy Tuna Roll was kind of fishy tasting. Also, Shrimp Tempura Roll is a double roll so if you prefer the single type just an FYI. Flavor was good.

I asked for the Spicy sauce to be put on the side, NOT for a side of spicy sauce! So to my surprise, I was hit with an extra $1.07 charge.
The roll is cold, the lobster is too fried and tastes like pure cooking oil.
I would not recommend or go to this restaurant in the future.
