it's taste so good for the first time of me having it I love it i got a large Mango Creamsicle it's has a really nice fresh taste of mango

Tastes very watery and chemicaly. Almost soapy. Weird taste within the first sip. And the boba was an almost melted texture.

Unfortunately, they were out of boba and did not process the order. This was the third time it happened. This was in the evening, but well before posted closing time. It seems they should either make some more if running out is a problem, or post that they run out frequently and take those items off the menu once they are out of them. I understand restaurants run out of items - that's normal. But a boba tea shop repeatedly running out of boba - their signature item- amd then not informing the customer until someone comes to the shop to pick it up, seems like a flawed business model.
