I've been craving the Beef Udon and it was just what I wanted. I love that they keep the ingredients separate from the broth so that your noodles don't get oversaturated. the Seared Beef with Yakiniku Sauce is always a favorite and I love that they kept the Panko Tuna Wrap separate from everything. Tamago nigiri was a hit as always.

Not as fresh as i would have liked. The Sea Urchin Gunkan* (1pc) was off, it was discolored and tasted like bile, couldn't eat it.I didn't receive my Seared Salmon Toro* which was disappointing. The 2 best items IMO, were the Crunchy Hand Roll and the Panko Tuna Wrap, the flavor was delicious. The Snow Crab Meat Gunkan, the crab meat tasted like the tinned crab meat you get at the grocery store, had the consistency of canned tuna. The Albacore Toro "Bintoro"* was just ok. The Yuzu Jalapeno Sweet Shrimp* had a delicious yet very subtle citrus flavor that made it lovely. The American Wagyu Gunkan* ..... I don't think it was wagyu, it was way overcooked and underwhelming. The Negitoro Hand Roll* was like a patè, taste was good but both hand rolls were very loose and fell apart. the Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon* was good as well, nothing remarkable. The restaurant itself i would recommend going in person, maybe then it'd be better. the price point was fantastic for what you receive.

I was so excited to try this place. The prices are low, but still feel high for what you get. Sea Urchin Gunkan* (1pc) tasted absolutely disgusting and old, probably rancid. TheSnow Crab Meat Gunkan was super dry, and tasted and felt like cheap imitation crab. the Snow Crab Leg was like a half of a piece of imitation crab meat. All of the rice wanted to fall apart on every item. the Salmon Toro* and Tuna* nigiri were we both okay. the American Wagyu* was definitely not wagyu, it felt like cheap sirloin slices on rice. Sad to say, I will never eat here again.

literally the worst tasting Japanese food I've ever had. Grocery store sushi is better. the Ramen is gross too, the tiny bit of pork they put in it tastes rancid. Taste, texture, and presentation are horrible. We didn't even finish anything. Some items were so disgusting I had no choice but to spit it out.

The best sushi that I had in a long time. I like the way that you can get a variety and it did not cost a fortune. The presentation was beautiful but the best was the selection and of course it was delicious. Will order again
