Sushi was fresh and still correct temp. I ate this in my office and no one complained of the smell of fish so you know it is fresh! Cucumber salad was great, edamae nice and firm, nigiri sushi incredible as always.

The Seared Salmon with Miso Cream Cheese* and Seared Salmon Japanese Mayo* was fully cooked. The salmon on the Philadelphia Roll* (3pcs) was not fresh.

The flavor on the Umami Oil Salmon* and Garlic Ponzu Salmon* are really good. I like the Hokkaido Scallop* too. I did not like the Snow Crab California Hand Roll or Spicy Salmon Hand Roll* . the Spicy Salmon Hand Roll* is extremely bland and the Snow Crab California Hand Roll has a weird taste i don't like. on all of the nigiri I got the rice is not very sticky and falls apart so you will probably drop your sushi in the soy sauce if using. I also enjoyed the Seared Eel with Miso Cream Cheese . I always wanted to try Warabimochi and it's soooo good I love it. so happy somewhere finally has it. i am not too big on the Southern Bluefin Toro* personally. I'm not a big tuna person but I figured I may like this cut, but I don't. overall I would order again, I wish rice was better quality.
