I always get a 10 piece/fries. I may switch up the wing flavors from time to time. My order is always fresh and hot when I receive it. The amount of food is worth the price. And I've only had an encounter once about my food. It was an easy fix. I swapped for something different. So, in regard to the customer service my experience was great! I'll continue to order.

I love perfectly cooked bacon and I received just that in my order today. And the pancakes, fluffy, tender and flavorful.

my photo doesn't do thefood justice. I started eating before I took the pic. I have my sauce on the side but the Kurt's special sauce is chef's kiss. its the perfect baLance of sweet and heat. and the tea and lemonade is extremely refreshing. thank you for great food and customer service. 6 Wings/Fries

Food arrived cold, but the 6 Wings/Fries were burnt. I wouldn't order again. I used to love Kurts Kitchen— I worked in the same building and used to pop in for lunch. It seems their quality may have gone downhill.
