The Biko (5 stars) is fantastic and I have some left over to have with my coffee. The adobo (3 stars) isn't like the adobo my stepfather made but this is to be expected since it's a popular Filipino dish with a regional twist...this one leans more on the sweet side. I've had the taro milk tea (5 stars) at the Rolla Saturday market in Big Lots parking lot, excited to try more dishes!

The guy that was in there was so friendly when I picked it up. I got some Glazed Salmon and it was one to remember. It was so flavorful and came with some cooked spinch and orange slices. The Lumpia is one if my favorite things. I get it ever time. I got the Empanada (Pork) (2 pcs) for the first time. It was amazing. It was kind of like a handheld potpie. The pastry that was on the outside was so flacky and light. I was very satisfied with every bit of this meal.

Pork Adobo - so it isn't fall off the bone, or sweet, it's flavorful but more on the salt side than camerlized pork.
Fried Pork Belly I thought this was similar to Vietnamese/Chinese roasted pork, but it wasn't. It didnt even look like the photo. It was so hard in some parts, thinner than the photo, and no season. the sauce wasn't a great addition 😕 so that was disappointing. However, it was good in general. I'm Southeast Asian, so maybe thats why I'm a bit over the top 🤣.

One of my favorite thbge here is the Chicken Sisig!!! So full of flavor and delicious! Pancit and Lumpia are also an easy favorite! I love the Java rice! Whether I order I dordash or in person I know the service is top notch!!!
