this dish is very filling aside from the thick noodles and starchy broth, toppings include a few pieces of fish balls, pork rinds, one boiled egg sliced half, rebosado, and 3-4 pork liver.

I just wanted to share something about the Lomi Batangas I ordered today. I’ve been watching TikTok videos, reading Google reviews, and checking Facebook posts about your lomi—it’s really the talk of the town, and that’s why I was so excited to order again, especially since I’m not feeling well.
But the one I received today was a little different from what I’ve seen and from my previous orders. The lomi had a lot of sauce, and some of the usual toppings were missing—no egg and no crispy chicharon, a little pieces of fishballs (2-3pieces). I was surprised because those are usually the best parts. I did get two pieces of pork liver, which was generous, but it wasn’t something shown in the blogs or reviews or to your interviews.
I’ve ordered before and really enjoyed it, so I was just a bit puzzled this time. The lomi turned out more like “saucy soy-sauce noodles.”
Sir, just wondering—was there any change in the recipe or preparation today?
I genuinely like your lomi, and I just wanted to share my experience.
