I really needed to find a consistent and affordable source to fall back on when I'm having stomach issues that also tastes good. The Berry Blast and their smoothies are delicious and loaded with fresh ingredients. smoothies for the same price really mix all kinds of things. The snacks like Chia Pudding and Peanut Butter Energy Bites taste great, keep my gut happy and keep me coming back for more. The best part is all of this is easily refrigerated and tastes just as good the next day or even the day after, so with deals and rewards you can get a few days of healthy food reasonably priced. and to top it off they also tend to write kind little notes on the packaging. just to remind you they appreciate your patronage. Love this spot.

From the smoothies, snacks, to the toasts- this shop is the bomb! The service and creators of this amazing food are even better and would not be amazing food without them ! I drive 20mins out of my way just to go to the Brighton location, they do it right yall!

Peanut Butter Energy Bites are actually so tasty and my Berry Blast was food too. with the happy hour prices it's honestly cheaper than fast food!
