I ordered two of Kitchen cravings 16oz chicken noodle soups. We received two small hot soups, one with chicken and dumplings with ingredients we don't like and one was hot chicken noodle. We ordered 32 ounces of cold soup to make here for our family and got two individual portion soups, one of which wasn't the same kind. My contact info is up to date but no one tried calling or explained the substitute and gave us something worth a fraction of the price with no refund. This was a failure in all aspects.
