I had a great experience overall. The packaging was one of the best I’ve seen for takeout ramen. Everything arrived in a sealed insulated bag, and the noodles, toppings, and broth were all packed separately. That kept the noodles from getting soggy and made it feel almost like a freshly prepared bowl at home.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the broth. I ordered the chicken ramen, but the soup didn’t have the rich, deep chicken flavor I was expecting. It actually tasted more like miso broth, so I’m wondering if there may have been a mix-up. Aside from that, the ingredients were fresh, everything was well presented, and I’d definitely order again. I just hope the chicken broth is more flavorful next time.

Got the (1) Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen (1)东京豚骨拉面 and (3) Mega Ramen (Chashu & Shrimp) (3)霸王海陆拉面 . The broths were disappointingly bland, not flavorful at all and missing the taste that would make us want to finish the bowl. In addition to that, I also had some barely cooked corn beans and 2 razor thin slices of pork belly. Overall, a truly disappointing dining experience and I recommend that you keep looking for a good ramen. This is not the place.

Ramen had 0 toppings. Was just broth and noodles. Incredibly disappointing, could've made this at home for $0.99.

The K6. Soft Shell Crab Rice Burger K6. 超大软壳蟹米汉堡 were dry and tasteless. They had barely any seasoning. I am going to take a break from ordering from this place.
