Food is good and similar to authentic. My favorites are the appetizers, especially the Kaarage or popcorn chicken and fried potato shrimp. The chicken is soft and moist. The Ramen is great as well, can't go wrong with any option.

The Japanese Fried Oyster (5Pcs) were absolutely amazing! They were not at all dry, and very flavorful! The Braised (Extra)Braised Pork Belly(2Pc), was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender! I wish there were more than 2 pieces! I would definitely order both again!

Proper ramen and proper portions, the right flavor profiles and ingredients. Exactly what i would expect from a chain founded in Tokyo. Decor and vibes are spot on. Everything tastes like it was freshly made. æIs absolutely my go to spot for ramen.

The Pork Tonkatsu Omurice is a must-try—crispy, golden tonkatsu over flavorful rice, topped with a soft, perfectly cooked omelet. The textures come together really well, and every bite feels satisfying without being too heavy.
And don’t skip the Bubble Milk Black Tea . It’s smooth, rich, and balanced—not overly sweet—with fresh, chewy tapioca pearls that make it just as enjoyable as the main dish.

I hadn't found a place in Wichita that had ramen I liked. This place is amazing, hands down. Good portion sizes, excellent packaging. Would recommend to anyone
