The new L&L in San Clemente exceeded our expectations! The BBQ Chicken & Katsu from the Half & Half Combo & BBQ Chicken plate were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy & flavorful. Not to mention when it comes to portion size, your definitely getting your money's worth here as L&L is known for their generous plate lunches. We'll definitely be back sooner than later! Aloha

I feel like our order could've been better. Half & Half Combo had little to no beef and veggies might as well have not added it (broccoli stems only). Salad was ok and missing dressing and brown rice for the Lighter BBQ Chicken. Teriyaki sauce wasn't flavorful and very watery. Way too overpriced for the quality received. Pretty disappointing.

My short rib plate only contain 2 pieces of short ribs. The shrimp and beef teriyaki plate had only 2 thinly sliced pieces of beef and 3 tiny fried shrimp. The Mac salad has no flavor, and the macaroni shells were slightly overcooked. The Mac salad at Ono's taste better. I wasted $124.99 including tip; so not worth it!

The chicken Katsu was very great and crispy. I liked the sauces that they provided on the side. The ribs were delicious as well. It was a lot of food all in all. Enough for a very hungry person or two people in moderation to split. The food was fresh and I would order again.

second time ordering from here and disappointed both times. BBQ bbeef was the first time around and was not happy. Ordered L&L from the Mission Viejo location and it was delicious. Decided to try San Clemente again but disappointed again. Chicken under cooked and not seasoned...Mac salad bland.
