For the most part everything was great. My only complaint is the 1 pc Portuguese Sausage Musubi. There was so little sausage on it that you couldn't even see it until after you bit into it.

The Loco Moco was so bland!!! I usually get it from the other location and it's great, but this had ZERO flavor! The eggs were bland, the beef was bland, the gravy was bland. And they put most of the gravy on the side for some reason? I had to salt everything myself, and even then it wasnt good. And the eggs were cooked too long...
Please go to the Willow location and ask them how to make a Loco Moco...

I just feel like my chicken breast wasn't cooked long enough it was gummy so after work i went home and put it on a hot pan.

The quality has really gone down. I was excited to have hawaiian food and was disappointed by the lack of flavor and authenticity.
