• 11/21/24I ordered 31. Aloha Saimin and because the soup was already mixed with the noodles when I received it it was so soggy that my meal was not edible. Bad way to serve it with the soup mixedin the noodles. Restaurant should know how to pack it for delivery

• 11/3/22My soup was not warm! There was hardly any noodles - mostly broth and spam! But it still tastes good. The container my soup was placed in was not sealed or the bag it was placed in. How do I know it was not opened by someone else?

• 4/11/25Poor customer service, couldn't find my pick up order, and didn't believe I ordered it. 25. Chicken Katsu (Regular) was like dry rubber.
