The spam Musubi was labeled (2) per order. I placed an order and only received one. The spam was paper thin. The spicy beef was nearly inedible. Should have been called spicy gristle. The chicken katsu was waaaay overcooked and destroyed the top on your mouth like Cap'n Crunch used to at breakfast. The kids didn't mind the loco Moco too much. The only redeeming part was the Mac salad. Thankfully I got 2 orders of it. I had steered clear of L&L for the last few years because I had found a better place but unfortunately they closed so, I decided I would give L&L one last try. Tragically this WILL be my last visit.

My shrimp was burnt and tasted like cooking grease. My fries were cold and I could def they were not fresh. I always order from this location but I usu do pick up and my food is always good. But I see the difference in how L&L treats the Door Dash orders vs the people who pick up their food.

It lacked the traditional L& L flavors everything was watered down even the teriyaki sauce. Mac salad was bland. Meat wasn't very good overall I was disappointed

They only give you one misubi for the price of two. It is even listed as two and they only send one. I thought the forst time was an accident. But after the third time ordering its not. In store its always teo for that price.. they are just ripping people off.
