Garlic shrimp are killer.... but man, order the katsu - its perfectly breaded and very GENEROUS portion - a lot of food for for a haole WHO FRIGGIN LOVES GOOD HAWAIIAN FOOD. Thank you for your love.... i own a toas restaurant wine bar in petaluma and i know my food.this is proper hawaii.... STOKED, bra!!

• 6/23/25Food was good today! BBQ Chicken was moist and tender with flavor. Just wish it came with some sort of veggie or more of the cabbage they lay it on. I don't care for Mac salad so ased for extra rice. Chicken Katsu was also very moist and tasty! The fries were not the crinkle French Fries which we love to get here. Maybe they were out? Didnt like them much at all. They were quite dry. Will ask if the crinkle fries are in next time since they are soooo tasty usually. All in all, good eats!

• 1/3/24This was a disgusting meal. The shrimp was crispy on the outside but mushy inside. The fried fish had a strong flavor of sesame oil, not at all compatible with the included tartare sauce. The spare rib was dry and chewy. The macaroni salad was warm. Waste of money.

Maybe could work with Terriyaki sauce which was not offered or included. To me the fried fish was inedible... gave it to my dogs. The single rib was dry and chewy, not a lot of flavor. Seems like last time I had food from here, which was a long time ago, it was better, but a waste of money now.

• 7/23/22Food is always good although some days better than others. Today was a good day! We like the chicken katsu, bbq chicken, and my favorite lighter bbq chicken which is chicken on a salad with brown rice. I like to chop up the chicken to bite sized pieces, add the dressing (and a bit if rice wine vinegar) close the lid and shake it up! Sooo yummy!!!
