I've never had Hawaiian bbq before but I recently saw this place open up and decided to give it a try. Im so glad I did! The chicken katsu was 10/10 so delicious! The rib was nicely seasoned and the dole whip was really tasty!
It was a little hard to order - but I referenced their online menu for help.

This is my introduction to Hawaiian food and I'm not disappointed at all. Everything came fresh, quickly and the flavors are amazing. The bbq chicken is marinated with a teriyaki based sauce and it's so good. The katsu chicken is crispy and delicious I love the sauce that goes with it as well. You get a great portion of the meats in the half and half. The macaroni salad was also pretty decent. Everything just goes together so well. I'll be back to order again very soon.

The laulau had a lot of luau leaves which we Hawaiians love and the kalua cabbage was ono(delicious)!!
The bbq beef and katsu was ono(delicious) and the Mac salad was just like the one in Hawaii!! You made this Native Hawaiian very happy today!!

this joint was absolutely terrible, decent portion sizes , gives you a lot of everything that's disgusting , mac had no taste but a faint spec of garlic , chicken katsu tasted like nothing but a pinch of GINGER and had the consistency of mucus , the only good thing on the plate was maybe the bland behind cabbage and the small thin riblet of short rib , steam coming off the plate but wasn't hot ??? i'm not sure what that was about , everything seemed fresh enoughㅤ. definitely the last time i'll ever order from here

The hamburger and the egg were cooked well, but the gravy was gross and the meal overall was not good. Too much nice to make the plate look bigger than it was.
