Grown on the island. Puerto Rican beans, roasted on the island and pulled fresh all day. Our oatmilk, coconutmilk, and syrups are made in-house.
Lateral root. A root, not a leaf. Pressed from the roots of a Pacific pepper plant commonly found in Hawaii, Vanuatu, Papa New Guinea, and other Polynesian islands. On these islands, the root serves as a tool for bonding, formal diplomacy, and relaxing at the end of the day.
Leaf teas. A leaf, steeped. A tree leaf from Southeast Asia, brewed like tea. It's often served as red, white or green. The color references the different age of the leaf, and what alkaloids are prominent.
