• 4/19/25i ordered the birria quesadilla & the elote , hands down the best quesadilla ive had , the elote couldve had less mayo & more seasoning , but it was good too . absolutely recommend

• 5/3/26This way actually so good. We ordered because it was a late night open but ended up being the best Mexican food we have had in stl in a long time!! 3 Birria Tacos 2 Birria Tacos were great. Well seasoned meat. The tacos themselves could have been a little crisper but it wasn't enough to make a difference in the quality. Rice was great. And wings were crispy and perfect!

Chips & Salsas was also a great side and amount for the price.

• 4/13/26The Chouteau Avenue Burrito was delicious, great flavor and a good size. The chips and Queso were nice as well. Light and fresh. I'll definitely order again.

• 5/13/25The loaded birria fries were rough to say the least. The best I could say is that there were a lot of them and they were hot. Not seasoned at all with even salt it seemed like. The Vandeventer Avenue burrito was probably one of the worst I've had as well. Most of it felt wet and undercooked. The Newstead Avenue quesadilla was the best of what I ordered and I'd give it a 6.5/10. Nothing special but great in comparison to the rest.

Birria is a regional variation of barbacoa from western Mexico, mainly made with goat, beef or lamb. The meat is marinated in an adobo made of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and herbs and spices before being cooked in a beer broth.
