The Frijol y Queso pupusas today didn't have much filling in them. The curtido was so dry and tasted like it was very old. Normally the quality is very good but today was a one off.

Pupusas are great omg, I ordered 2 one beans and cheese and one loroco with cheese and they're so full the portions are great, also the beans empanadas the plantain so sweet I'd definitely order again

La masa cuarteada y dura
La de frijol y queso solo traia frijol.
No recomiendo este lugar.

I’ve been a loyal customer of La Guanaquita for over 10 years and have always enjoyed ordering from both of their locations. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing.
The online system selected the wrong location because there are multiple restaurants with the same owner. I called immediately to explain the situation, and since I was picking up the order myself—not requesting delivery—I thought it would be a quick and easy fix. Instead, there was no willingness to help or accommodate the situation.
Customer service should matter, especially for long-time customers. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a simple solution to an issue caused by the ordering system. I hope they consider improving how they handle situations like this in the future.
