• 12/29/25The order was placed and accepted. When I arrived, I was informed that the order had been given to another customer. The owner claimed that I took too long to pick it up and stated that the price was not fair due to a $10 discount, which was not something I had control over. She also claimed that she could not remove the charge. This is not the first time she has made this claim. I was given the ceviche without spice and was asked if I wanted it extra spicy. The quality was not the best. I am unsure whether this was due to being rushed, but I have been coming here for years. Even so, the customer service was not appropriate, especially for a regular customer. I also had to wait for the causa de pollo to be prepared, and no utensils were provided. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the treatment, quality, and service. I will not be returning. Unfortunately, you have lost me as a customer.

• 11/16/24picture is after i ate all the beef! i was shocked ngl how little beef was in this dish! i thoight there was more under everything. however, imthe dish is mostly onions and fries.
