Who would guess that a humble black bean Torta de Frijoles con Chorizo Y Queso Fresco could be sooo good! Second time ordering it this week! The Alexis Special Torta also "rica". Bolillo is soft and not gummy. The pan de fiesta is great toasted and with butter. A great value and unique to this panaderia that serves more than just Conchas. Check it out! Provecho Amigos!

The cake never misses. The portion size is perfect. The Arroz con Leche Leche is good. I always loved the cake, sir because they are very moist if it's a dress leches it's the perfect consistency. If it's any other cake I've never had anyone ever say that they didn't like it so I will for sure keep buying my cakes from here.

OMG!!!! La mejor guajolata que he comido en muchos años!! The tamales and the tamales torta I or was spectacular!! Reminded of my child when I would travel to Mexico City with my grandma!! Can you please bring a bakery to Tehachapi Ca.. we dont have Mexican baker there.
