I have NEVER been disappointed when dining at La Madeleine! I especially love their Loaded Potato Soup and French Dip Au Caramelized Onions Sandwich. Also can't go wrong with a Classic Cesar Salad. Just satisfies me EVERY TIME!

I think the main culprit was the Caramel Crème Brûlée. The custard was not caramelized at all which allowed the caramel syrup to fall out of the cup and soak the adjacent pastries. When ordering from other store the Caramel Crème Brûlée is placed in its own separate cup to both protect it and surrounding dessert from the same fate. I usually love La Madeleine's and I reserve it as a treat for myself on occasion so to have the rest of the desserts to become soggy or soak up the flavor of just caramel was disappointing.

The Strawberry Nutella® Strawberry Nutella® Crêpe tastes good but there is no Nutella in it. The filling is not really sweet. Strawberries are so fresh and sweet. For the price the portion is alright. If there was more Nutella I would order it again..

The potato soup lacked flavor, and the salad vinaigrette was unpalatable. The strawberries were damaged, likely due to improper packaging, and appeared poor quality. It was unclear whether they were overripe or simply not fresh. Additionally, the bread that was included in the order was missing. Overall, the meal did not meet expectations in terms of taste, freshness, or value.

Today I tried the regular French toast for the first time- it was scrumptious! Soft and fluffy, but hearty if you're really hungry. I recommend giving it a try if you are like me and always stick with the same thing most of the time. The freshly baked bread they use has something to do with its appeal. Five stars !
