its the gravy. their family gravy recipe is the holy grail of mole. smooth, savory, rich and damn tasty. ive been enjoying the Ochoa famlly food since Blackie (RIP) opened Blackie's Corral Rib Bar since the late 60s. I think 1968.

it was excellent as usual.
it would be great to have an option to add cheese to the beans, and rice.
