The empanadas were really disappointing the flour ones were not properly sealed, leaving the filling to be super greasy and they tasted burned. Looked like stale dough/disco. Charging $5 for half an Aguacate / Avocado should be criminal but I had a strong craving for it. Next time order from la masa from Lydig, this restaurant always gets it wrong

This used to be my favorite restaurant in the Bronx. I prefer the beef Maduro Relleno / Stuffed Plantain as I have been for years and was disappoined to see it so messy and with huge chunks of beef instead of the usual shredded. Ordered my favorite steak and onion and guava and cheese Empanadas which unfortunantly now have barely any filling! Not worth the $3+ each. And I was so excited to try the Mousse de Maracuya (Passion Fruit) but was instead given flan. No communication was made about that.

The empanadas were very greasy. I called to have them send me a new order and the lady who answered suggested I place another order. I will not be ordering from them again.
