Great "paisa"dishes but inconsistent quality Lomo Salteado often forget to prepare with roasted tomatoes which is one of the maini ingredients and they never replace no rice request with a few extra fries.

The pork is completely inedible you can't even rip it apart, the avocado is unripe, tostones barely cooked - only thing acceptable are the empanadas
