I have been going to La Perla for 40+ years. Several locations. Always was the best.
The meal i just got was the worst i've ever had. My carne asada tacos were unseasoned, but extremely salty? Could only eat 1. Ordered pastor burrito, looked in bag, thinking that looks awefully small. Well it was meat only no rice or beans? Skinny little burrito? Not sure what happened, but that was sad.

Excellent flavor in my chili Verde burrito. The salsa the spicy red salsa is amazing. Great value no extra charge for chips. I will definitely be returning.

Really good lunch today. We ordered two taco plates. Yummy and a lot of value for the rice. I love the fresh ingredients and fresh cilantro. Yummy.

The Chile Relleno Plate came dry with no sauce. Not even on the side. The beans tasted like old oil and the rice tasted old too. Disappointed. The Carnitas Plate was good, aside from the beans and rice.
