Sadly as a very loyal customer (weekly minimum) it pains me to have to leave a bad review but when paying for a steak you would like to be able to eat it. It's bad enough now that they charge for chips as the side ( it's like paying for part of the meal all over again yet if choosing salad its no charge, in all the years I have eaten this meal and I'm going back a long long time chips have always been a choice as a side at no cost) but the steak I received last night was squirting blood as I cut it. I ordered medium well done. It destroyed even the chips as they were covered in meat blood but I only sought a refund for the steak. Am hoping it's not a regular occurrence. Everything else was of normal good standard. ( large pizza , Parma, )

Most things lack abit of salt but always a staple.
And the eggplant chips were quite disappointing, really greasy
