I'm a 1st time customer that will be returning. The separation of the salad from the hot foods was beautifully set up. The fajitas were delicious. I don't eat beans but the taste was different and unexpected, I love it. Will visit to compare tastes as this came hot and fresh. I can only imagine dining in.

To start with the positives, the food was seasoned well and the fish Baja Fish Tacos were fried nicely. Otherwise, I was very disappointed. The first fish taco was great but the second one, was a little grey inside and didn't want to risk eating it. The Elotes Asados Corn was quite possibly the smallest ear of corn I have ever seen. For $8??? The Al Pastor Tacos were so dry, the pieces of meat were almost sharp. I couldn't finish them. I was surprised because they seemed to have good reviews but for me, was not a good experience :( maybe it's because I did buy one get one deals but unfortunately will likely not order again.

The nachos I got with grilled shrimp on them, there were four pieces of shrimp and a bunch of cheese and guacamole. The taste is good, but there was literally no protein. You pay extra for fresh shrimp. Would not order this again.

Birria Tacos meat was bland and dry and the consomé was watery and also pretty bland. Didn't even finish the tacos.. I wanted to give this store a try because I do like the other El ruta but this wasn't nearly as good as the other place.
I will say the only good things were the horchata and Elotes Asados Corn though.
