This is my favorite breakfast place in Tampa. A secret item on the menu most people don't know about is the olive paste. I always get it on the side and put it on my sandwich and it adds a great flavor to the sandwich, if you like olives that is. Also their bread loafs are super cheap, delicious, and last awhile.

Me and my partner are moving away from Tampa and La Segunda will be one of the few things we miss!!! An absolute MUST for anyone in the area. Great portions, fresh ingredients, amazing recipes, and diligent hard working staff. And if your fav sandwich joint doesn't use La Segunda bread, then you should start looking for a new spot lol

Always love their Cubans just needed more mayo and mustard to mine per say but over all delicious. Kinda dry. I also got the Guava Cheese Turnover which is average. The Cheesy Beef Empanada was not cheesy kinda tasted like it was left in the oven too long or it's not handmade. The beef was dryyyy. I'll order again for the Cubans the bakery products are iffy.

10/10 BEST BLT I've ever had. Bread Fresh, vegetables fresh. Loved everything about this sandwich. I would definitely recommend!
