I always ordered from Lakay Kusina through DoorDash, and wow—they truly went above and beyond. Even through a delivery experience, the care, quality, and heart behind their food came through like I was dining in their kitchen.The packaging was neat and secure and with presentation, keeping everything fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. But what stood out the most was the flavor—rich, authentic, and deeply comforting. You can taste the love and tradition in every bite. The food I order was perfectly done and so delicious, the kare kare and giniling and sopas are flavorful, and I have always been satisfied with every food I order from Lakay.

Best Filipino Food spot in the city. Portions are great and the staff are friendly. Kare-Kare, Sisig, Ampalaya, Dinakdakan all five stars.

I ordered based on how soon I could pick up the food but as soon as the order was placed the pickup time was an hour later. When I called to ask no one picked up so I went at the original time.The staff were nice enough to get my order ready ahead of time but still 30 minutes later than I expected. They said they were busy so thats why the pickup time changed. Special: Pork Adobo was tasty but probably half the container was pieces of fat. Garlic Rice was not that garlicky. Other than the change in pickup time and not picking up the phone the customer service was great. Food was good for the price and I'd come back again for sure!

They gave me the wrong item and I order Tuyo like 6pcs but they only gave me 2pcs and they look old and dry. Their pork bbq that they gave me is inedible that after one bite I had to throw it. They are so dry and hard as rock. Their beef pinapaitan and pork sisig is not good. I spend 80 and it not worth it.

Lumpia Shanghai (10) didnt taste good. It taste sour like the meat gone bad.
Kare-Kare was lacking taste and I ask for extra veggies I got 1 piece of veggie and more meat. Which im not fun of meaty food. Lacking taste even withextra bagoong
