I wish I could write a 5 star review, but Lakeview has gone terribly down hill. My kids and I used to go about once a month before gymnastics.  There was always something wrong with our order in the restaurant, but we like their food. Plus it seemed like they were short staffed, so trying to support local anyway. 
As someone else posted, the manager constantly walking around made us all feel uncomfortable and he seems to not like kids. 
So we decided we'd still get food there, but not dine in. Two weeks ago, before starting infusion treatments, I ordered takeout for my my kids and me over the phone for after practice. We were shorted an order of fries and an order of nachos did not have jalapeños. Ok no big deal. 
Ordered through Door Dash on 10-26. Nachos order was fine. 
Ordered through Door Dash again last night and order incorrect again. Got the three salsas but zero tomatoes and zero jalapeños.  The restaurant is telling me it's door dash's fault. However it was a text entry so I find that very hard to believe and I've never had this issue elsewhere with door dash. Contacted Lakeview and Door Dash with these screenshots of the restaurant's reply. 
Unfortunately being home bound for medical treatments right now, I was looking for comfort food and instead got stressed out. May seem trivial, but when you're sick, you look for comfort in the little things some times.  It makes no sense what the restaurant told me. It would make sense if you selected items from a drop down menu, but you don't. My order was in the special comments. It's unbelievable that Lakeview would claim the text showed extra onions and cheese only, plus the 3 salsas and no sour cream and no guacamole.
Plus $10 for chips, cheese and onions + 3 small sides of jarred salsa is crazy expensive.
