The only reason I didn't rate this place was one star is because they actually got food to us. problem knows the two burritos that I received had dried rice in it and the tortillas were stale so it's almost like the burrito was made a while back. to add to it, nearly every single one of our tacos was wrong.

Laredo Taco Company was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Every single taco we ordered was a complete letdown. The meat, no matter the type, was burnt, dry, and tasteless. Instead of being tender and seasoned, it crumbled apart like it had been left on the grill far too long. There was no savory flavor, no spice, not even the hint of proper seasoning—just charred, chewy bites that were almost painful to eat.
What made it worse was the salsa. Salsa is usually the saving grace of a bad taco, but not here. It had no flavor, no seasoning, no freshness. It was watery and bland, like diced tomatoes dumped in a cup without care. A proper salsa should brighten and balance a taco, but this one dragged it down even further.
Overall, every bite was disappointing. For a place that calls itself a taco company, there was absolutely nothing authentic or appetizing about the food. It felt like the ingredients were neglected from start to finish—no care in preparation, no flavor in the seasoning, and no pride in the final product. This was not just bad food; it was food that tasted like no one cared.
If I could rate below zero, I would. Laredo Taco Company needs to go back to the basics: fresh ingredients, proper seasoning, and attention to cooking methods. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Chorizo was dry and chewy. The other two had a bland taste. Salsa Rojo wasn't very spicy and had little flavor. Asked for Coke but got Dr.Pepper instead.
