The Mexican Rice was the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly seasoned with a hint of Ancho. The Barbacoa taco was fabulous, tender, juicy, perfect balance of beef & fat; served in a perfect flour tortilla. The chicken tamales were very good but not the best I've ever had. They were flavorful, excellent texture in the masa but ehhh. These could use a tune-up, there's clearly talent in the kitchen. Skip the Pico, I didn't care for it at all (refrigerated tomatos, stale onion, chunks of green bell peppers, very little seasonings, etc).

The fajita bowl was amazing but a little salty. I added a tortilla & it balanced the flavors! Excellent. Thin, crispy, light chips (non greasy).

They were out of chicken for the chicken fajita plate& asked if I wanted to substitute. I said, yes, to shrimp & tofu. There was zero tofu in my order.
The guacamole is about an ounce or one Tablespoon (generally the smallest dip cups restaurants use).

Meat was way too overcooked and unable to eat. Had to throw way both of the items.
