I love that there are more authentic venezuelan street foods out here. the empanada de pabellón was SO good and sauce was even better. It reminds me of home.

Ellas realmente no les importa el servicio al cliente solo les importa hacer dinero , mi novio hizo un pedido ayer 03/05/2026 de casi $100 dolares y nada llego como lo pedimos , ellas modificaron la orden , la comida estaba horrible , ella mismas se tomaron el atrevimiento de sustituir lo que yo habia ordenado por lo que a ellas les dio la gana, porfavor no compre de este lugar.
They really don't care about customer service, they only care about making money. My boyfriend placed an order yesterday, May 3, 2026, for almost $100, and nothing arrived as we ordered. They changed the order, the food was awful, and they even had the nerve to substitute what I had ordered with whatever they felt like. Please don't buy from this place.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was disappointed with the experience. Some of the items I ordered were not available, and instead of contacting me to ask if I wanted a replacement or to cancel those items, the restaurant simply sent substitutions without asking.
I understand that items can run out, but replacing something in a customer’s order without their permission is not good service. Customers should always be given the option to approve a substitution or decline it.
