I ordered from Latin soul
specifically for the burger. it was out of stock, and they just took it off without contacting me. I call or message to ask about substituting the itemwould've been not only appreciated, but necessary. If two items are ordered, stands to reason that it is meant to feed two people, so just leaving one thing off without any contact is unacceptable
